David was born in Allendale, South Carolina on June 10, 1977. He graduated from the University of South Carolina (B.S. 1999) and the University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D. 2005). He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2005 and the United States District Court, District of South Carolina in 2006. He is a member of the Charleston County Bar, the South Carolina Bar and the American Bar Association.  His areas of practice include products liability, personal injury, toxic torts and medical malpractice.
