Beau concentrates his practice on the defense of corporations involved in product liability and toxic tort litigation. He serves as National Coordinating Counsel for corporations involved in asbestos and silica litigation throughout the United States. He also represents corporations on a Regional and Local level in asbestos and silica litigation. As National Coordinating Counsel, he focuses his practice on motions, depositions, witness preparation, settlement negotiation/evaluation, and trial work. He also manages Maron Pierce, LLC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, which is a joint venture of Maron & Marvel, Wilmington, DE and PHSM. Maron Pierce represents clients in product liability, toxic tort and commercial liability cases throughout Western Pennsylvania.

Beau was born in Columbia, South Carolina, on February 10, 1973. He graduated from Wofford College in 1995 and he was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1999 and the United States District Court, District of South Carolina in 2000. He received his law degree from the University of South Carolina Law School in 1999, While in law school, Beau was a member of the National Trial Competition Team and was awarded the Barney 0. Smith National Trial Competition Award. Following law school, Beau clerked for the Honorable Jackson V. Gregory of the South Carolina Circuit Court. He is a member of the Charleston County Bar and DRI.
