Stephen was born in Charleston, South Carolina, on September 28, 1976. He graduated from the College of Charleston in 1999, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2003. He is a member of the Charleston County Bar, the South Carolina Bar, and the American Bar Association. He has also been admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. His areas of practice include toxic torts, products liability, and personal injury.
